Decades-old Mexican restaurant in Tacoma closes, but owner’s food truck lives on

Josefina’s, the Mexican restaurant in Tacoma, closed on Jan. 30, but owner Rudy Garcia, aka Burrito Boy, will keep his food truck operating in the summer.
